ClipFlow ("we", "our", "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use ClipFlow.

1. Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

ClipFlow is designed with a privacy-first architecture. All video processing, AI analysis, silence detection, speech recognition, and subtitle generation happen entirely on your device.

No video or audio data is uploaded to any server
No user accounts or registration required
No analytics or tracking SDKs are embedded
No third-party advertising networks are used

2. On-Device Processing

All AI features in ClipFlow run 100% on-device using Apple's built-in frameworks:

Speech Recognition: Uses Apple's Speech framework (on-device mode) for subtitle generation and filler word detection
Audio Analysis: Uses Accelerate/vDSP framework for silence detection and waveform visualization
Video Processing: Uses AVFoundation for video editing and export

Your videos never leave your device. Period.

3. Photo Library Access

ClipFlow requests access to your Photo Library to:

Import videos for editing
Save exported videos back to your library

This access is controlled by iOS permissions. We only access content you explicitly select. We do not scan, index, or upload your photo library.

4. Microphone Access

ClipFlow requests microphone access solely for audio analysis during video editing. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted externally.

5. Subscription & Payment

ClipFlow Pro subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

Payment processing is handled by Apple
Subscription management is through iOS Settings
We receive only anonymized transaction confirmations

6. Local Storage

ClipFlow stores the following data locally on your device only:

Project files and editing history
App preferences and settings
Imported video files (in the app's sandboxed container)

This data is protected by iOS sandboxing and device encryption. It is never shared with us or any third party.

7. Children's Privacy

ClipFlow does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The App does not require any personal information to function.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
